The difference comes down to one thing: THC or no THC. Both contain many beneficial cannabinoids, terpenes, and other plant compounds; however:
Full Spectrum includes trace amounts (<0.3%) of THC (the psycho-active cannabinoid in marijuana)
Broad Spectrum contains NO THC.
Even full spectrum varieties do not generally contain enough THC to promote a 'high'; however, the combination of all of these cannabinoids has been reported to provide greater wellness benefit (The "Entourage Effect").
If you are concerned, however, about THC consumption or drug testing, Broad Spectrum is the choice for you.
